PRODUCT INTELLIGENCE LAB
I don’t just market products. I reverse engineer why they win.
I’m Aditya Uniyal. I break down products through the lens of strategy, product marketing, UX, growth and business. Every case study is an attempt to understand how great products create lasting competitive advantage.

ABOUT ME
I’m obsessed with understanding why products win. Not the surface-level features — the actual strategic decisions underneath: the positioning bets, the pricing trade-offs, the growth loops someone designed on purpose. My background is in Product Marketing, but my curiosity keeps pulling me toward Product Management, Growth, Behavioral Psychology, UX and AI — because the best go-to-market thinking and the best product thinking are really the same discipline wearing different clothes. I enjoy deconstructing companies, identifying the strategic decisions that mattered, and proposing improvements backed by user insight and business thinking. That’s what this site is: a working lab, not a highlight reel.

How McDonald's Engineered Its Self-Serve Kiosks to Increase Revenue Without Changing the Menu

PORTFOLIO PHILOSOPHY
I believe great marketing starts with great products.
I don’t create case studies to summarize companies. I create them to answer the questions that actually matter to anyone building or marketing a product.
01
Why did this product win?
02
Why now?
03
What trade-offs were made?
04
How does the business make money?
05
What creates defensibility?
06
What would I change if I owned this product?
